Upon entering the main floor, you'll find a spacious living room equipped with a flat-screen TV and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. The living room also features a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space and an arcade game for entertainment. Adjacent to the living room is a charming dining area that comfortably seats six, ideal for shared meals.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and all the necessary amenities, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. A convenient half bathroom with laundry facilities is also located on this floor. One of the highlights of the main floor is the screened-in deck, where you can relax in the inviting hot tub.

On the top floor, you'll discover a King bedroom with a flat-screen TV for entertainment. This bedroom offers privacy and comfort, complete with its own private bathroom and a delightful deck where you can enjoy a morning coffee while soaking in the sunrise.

The bottom floor of the townhouse cabin features a spacious studio-style bedroom with two King beds and a cozy Queen, accommodating a total of six guests. A full bathroom is conveniently located on this floor. For added convenience, a kitchenette is available. The bottom floor also boasts a deck with a gas grill, perfect for barbecues and outdoor dining.

As a guest of the Golf View Resort, you'll have access to fantastic amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, and a sauna. The resort also offers a grilling area, perfect for cooking up delicious meals outdoors.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.
