Could have been way cleaner. Need to really pay attention to the places they think nobody looks like on top of the fridge and bed headboards ect. Other than that it was a amazing relaxing stay.

Peaceful Getaway

Cute little house. Very clean. Easy to communicate with lessor. Only thing I would change would be to have a few more necessities, ie, hair dryer, dish soap for hand wash dishes, small clothes detergent pkg. Never had to pack all that. Just a small inconvenience. Overall we enjoyed the house.

Nice cabin and good location

Had a wonderful stay at this cabin. We had stayed at the cabin across from this one previously, so we knew the location was close to everything and quiet, but this cabin was much nicer than the other. We bring our dogs along with us and we have stayed in multiple dog friendly cabins, but this was definitely the best. Will definitely look at returning to this cabin again. Pictures are very accurate.

It was cute needed a little dusting and a little more sweeping in bedroom but everything else was wonderful I will absolutely recommend and stay again myself management answered within a timely manner and was great at checking in with us thru text which I greatly appreciated.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was beautiful. Customer service was terrible. The lady and gentlemen at the front desk during check out were rude. Will definitely not be using this company again.

Cobwebs & Living Room Furniture

The cabin was beautiful, relaxing and peaceful, However, there were a few things we were disappointed with. The deck was very nice, if you could sit on it. There were numerous cobwebs on the deck almost everywhere. It would have taken about 2 minutes to dust those webs away before we arrive. Also, the two chairs in the LR had NO CUSHION AT ALL. Sitting in them I felt I was in a bowl and not very comfortable. The deck furniture was very 'rustic.' New Deck & LR Chair furniture is needed. Other than that it was a good vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was brand new! Really beautiful and clean and had all the amenities. It was well stocked and pretty much had everything you needed (except for food of course). Location was just minutes from the main attractions and groceries. Although there was a river nearby there was not much else as far as scenery. There are other cabins and homes nearby. But for quiet and a nice get away...this is the place to be. Loved that the deck was covered. The first cabin we booked was located far too steep for us to safely get to (in my opinion) so we were very pleased when we we offered this location. I would not hesitate to stay in this cabin again. If you want to experience cabin stay versus hotel this is a must!

The was awesome it was clean on the inside min away from town but they need to pressure wash the cabin lots of spider webs that’s was all what was wrong I would rent it again

Needs Maintenance/Cleaning Attention

We took numerous pictures on arrival, but this place was filthy inside and out. We bought batteries for all of the remotes that we could identify/match to equipment. None of the remotes were labeled and all were in a pile on the seating bench they use as a coffee table. The garbage can was broken- even the housekeeper could not fix it, but we repaired it the next day. The garbage can lid would not close, nor would the pedal to open it work. There were pistachio nuts wedged in the hinge and the lift mechanism had been knocked loose so it would not open with the pedal nor would it close. Unfortunately, the host has not labeled remotes, nor provided instructions for the gaming system use, so there was lots to figure out. There were no instructions on how the remotes for the TVs worked, a missing remote for the DVD player. The quality of furnishings, and sheets, etc seemed to be very low quality- the sheets don’t even fully wrap around the mattress. The door knob battery crapped out on our last night and the lock box for the manual key would not open. Maintenance came out to unlock the door but we didn’t want to keep the key as we were planning an early exit before the office would have opened. Everyone in the office was kind when we called in, and we never asked for reimbursement or a discount due to the issues- EXCEPT for Austin. Austin advised us the dirt was just normal, never having seen the pictures of what we encountered. When we called about the lock not working on our 6th day, he asked what steps I had taken to open the door lock. I said we used the same combination we had used for the previous 5 days, and his answer was… you have to use the right combination! He was disrespectful each time we had to deal with him, and did not attempt to resolve any issues. It turned out the lock really was broken, as was the lock box that had the physical key. As a customer or guest I would just like to have concerns addressed politely and not have someone assume I’m an idiot or a pest. I can understand things going wrong on a stay, but I can’t understand having to argue over issues we encounter- especially when you’re not willing to look at pictures to attempt to understand the exact nature of the concerns. This cabin would be such a sweet getaway for a couple, but it needs a thorough cleaning inside and out and much more comfortable furnishings and new soft goods like throw rugs and linens/towels.
