Hello Christina thank you for taking the time to write us a review! just a friendly reminder to be mindful on your future booking on any property, if the room limit says maximum of 4, you shouldn't be bringing 7. On your check in there was 3kids and 2 adults, we gave you complimentary upgrade from 2 double beds to 2 queen beds so everyone will be comfortable. having 2 extra adults the following day is not a healthy environment for total of 7people in 1room. if we didn't have room availability and y'all have 2double beds, having 4 adults and 3 kids, your room situation will be really unhealthy and will not be advisable at all. if you told us right away that you didn't wanna stay on our property, we would be happy to give you full refund and cancelled your reservation. we were full house during your stay, when you ask to be moved to another room we dont have availability to the same room type you booked and we gave you complimentary upgrade. if you would've told us you are unhappy, then we could've just cancelled your reservation from the very beginning. anyhow, thank you for letting us know what went wrong during your stay. We are in the middle of renovation and are well aware of the room situation, it was one of the busiest weekends for the whole county and our prices are affordable compared to other nearby accommodations. again, we apologize. thank you for writing us a review, we are in the middle of remodeling and completely understand your complaint, You might wanna double check your reservation again, you have booked two full-size beds which we explained that it is in the front building and we offered a cheap upgrade if you want queen size beds with private balcony, river view and you agreed. again, all of our full-size beds are in front building, we told you to let us know if there is any problem during your stay so we can fix it but you never did.
