The cabin was in a great location for walking to restaurants and shops. Very clean and hosts were wonderful when we needed assistance. Great place to stay!

This is the second cottage we’ve booked with Kirkland by the Old Mill District. We were so happy to be able to book in the same area again. This cottage was quaint and very clean. Highly recommended.

Best stay we have ever had in Pigeon Forge

The room was clean and the entire place smelled great. Locations was perfect for walking to the shops with small kids. We enjoyed watching the squirrels and geese in the back yard.

It was exactly like the pictures. The most adorable house. We loved how we were in walking distance of so many things, especially the Old Mill. The view of the water was beautiful too. Plan on booking again!

Super cute house in the back pocket of PF. A short walk to The old Mill and many cute shops. Beds were comfortable. Creek area is relaxing. Parking for two vehicles. Would definitely stay here again.

We chose this particular cottage because it was in close proximity of the Old Mill District and it was a perfect idea. We were able to go out the back way and go right on Teaster and not have to get on the parkway to do most things which was fabulous. The cabin was exactly as described and was very cozy for three adults and a tween. It’s very clean and well stocked I’ll definitely stay again

Perfection

Perfection location for this quaint riverside cabin. Close to the parkway and an easy walk to all of the activities at Old Mill. The cabin has a covered deck and a picnic table down by the river which provide the best spot for your morning coffee. Very clean and comfortable with everything that you need for your stay.

Great Location

The location was great but there were a few housekeeping issues we found upon check in as far as cleanliness. The manager was very kind and quick to respond and to try to remedy the issues. If you like really soft beds, then the beds will be for you, however, we prefer a more firmer mattress than these as to where you don't sink down in the beds. Overall, our stay was nice. Loved the location and the walking trail close by.

Excellent Cottage, Location and Cute!

The Cottage was exactly what we needed for our stay. It was very nice inside, and the layout was great. The location was the best. We brought small kids, and they enjoyed being able to walk around, then coming back for a break and enjoying the backyard when we were not out and about at attractions. Great restaurant and icecream shop in walking distance, along with other attractions in walking distance. All major attractions we went to, were all within a few miles to drive to. We didnt get to try the breakfast place at end of street, but it was packed, when we stay next time we will make sure to try it!

Great Location in Pigeon Forge

We opted to stay here instead of a hotel in town for our cheerleading competition weekend. It was at the nearby convention center and it couldn't have been easier to get to and quickly. We stayed a few extra days and loved everything. Only negative I would say is I couldn't find any spices and we just cooked breakfast at the cabin. Maybe stock a few simple salt/pepper, italian seasoning, cooking spray and just fyi bring your own bath shower products The only thing provided is small bar soap samples. Even during the busy pre-Christmas holiday we didn't have any issues getting where we needed being on the backroads. Was perfect for our family of 4. Way better than a hotel room shared.

Wonderful stay and beautiful cabin. Host was very responsive to questions and check in was super easy! We loved hearing the sound of the river and walking to the Old Mill restaurant. If I had to give any suggestions it would be to have extra rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and access to the ceiling fan remotes. It was nice to have floor fans for a little noise while sleeping. Overall an excellent property and we enjoyed our stay!
