Nice space for families traveling together

Our group was age 9 months to 39 years and we all had a very nice stay. The heated indoor pool was a lovely surprise in December. The condo provided what we needed to sleep comfortably and cook breakfast after a long day at Dollywood.

Great Long Weekend Fall Trip

We enjoyed our quick getaway. The Fall color was so beautiful. The children enjoyed the playground and the indoor pool. The property was easy to get to and was close to the activities that we planned for the children (age 3 and 8). Will stay again.

Pigeon Forge Getaway

Condo location was great, easy access to Parkway and attractions. Property manager was amazing to work with… we had an on-the-spot request to move condo locations from the seventh floor to the ground floor and Traci made it happen with no issues. Our family would stay here again.

Easy and spacious

The checkin process was super easy and gave me a door code we could easily remember. The unit was very clean and was very spacious with plenty of room and the view was incredible. The only thing that all of us didn't care for was the comfort of the beds. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Decent but not what I expected

Arrival and the check in process was easy and we had all he information needed ahead of our arrival. However the bathrooms were not that clean and we found more hair in them as the week kept going, curtains were dirty, it definitely needed cleaned prior to us. Entrance way to it doesn't have a light so you do a lot of backtracking due to traffic. Granted that's nothing the owners can do about it.

Amazing stay!!

I loved the mountain views from this top floor condo • every morning waking up to it was simply amazing!! The inside is just like the pictures on the listing. The decor is just the right amount & not too much. I absolutely loved the canvas waterfall above the couch • that spoke to me just about as much as the mountains do :) The condo was super easy to find & is close to everything down the main strip of Pigeon Forge. The directions for how to check in, how to lock the door when leaving, etc came via email & was nice to have on hand! The condo was supplied with towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap & extra trash bags for the bathrooms & kitchen. I brought extra because I wasn't sure what all I would be eating or drinking but I didn't need it at all even staying 5 days. I felt safe here & everyone in the building was super friendly that I met each day. There is plenty of parking behind the condo & there is an elevator that takes you to each floor. There are also big roller carts you can use when you are taking several bags up or wanting to take them to your vehicle when you leave. This was wonderful to have!! It saved many back & forth trips to the car lol I loved that I had complimentary tickets to attractions in the area. Keep in mind though; if you do not show up for that attraction on the day you schedule it, you will be charged for that one ticket. Overall wonderful stay & I can't wait to visit again!! :)

Condo is in excellent location. You are near the main road in Pigeon Forge but with trees and since this building is in the back, it doesn’t feel like you’re right in the middle of town. Plus, the pool is close to building #3 so that’s a huge plus as well!

Perfect pigeon forge location

Would definitely recommend. Very clean, easy to check in, and a perfect location because you are off of the strip enough to not hear traffic but an easy spot to get from one destination to another.

Condo - bad experience

The condo was not vacuumed upon our arrival, not the cleanest place we have stayed. The pest control technician let himself into our condo while we were still sleeping. One of the pool lights was sitting outside of the pool on the pool deck while it was still hooked up. Seems like an electrical hazard with tons of kids swimming right next to it. Friends unit on 4th floor was much nicer inside.

Not clean

Arrive at the property and rugs were not vacuumed, dryer was broke so we couldn’t dry our clothes and within 5 minutes of my 1 yr old crawling, her legs and hands were completely black. We immediately contacted the property management and they sent a cleaning lady who preceded to pour pinesole right out of the bottle on the floor and took a swiffer sweeper and moved it around. Floor still left our feet black, my daughter couldn’t crawl on direct poison so we had to hold her the whole vacation instead of her being able to play and the smell of the pinesole was so strong, we had to leave the windows open so we didn’t get a headache. When we contacted the management again to explain, they said they would take our suggestions in mind moving forward.

Great stay

We loved our stay! We never used the Kitchen much so can’t say much about that but the room was fairly clean and in a great location. On the strip but far enough back that you didn’t hear the hustle and bustle of it all. Will definitely stay there again!

Great Condo Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The property has plenty of things to do for adults. It is convenient to all of the restaurants and activities that Pigeon Forge has to offer. The condo had plenty of room and was well decorated. We loved the view of the mountains. The condo complex was off the parkway far enough that the noise of traffic could not be heard.
