It was situated in a perfect location, and that was a plus. The room has been well used, and did not look clean. Looked like it needed fresh paint because of all the scrapes on the walls and doors. We booked it for 2 adults and 2 children. When we got to the room, there was no linen for the pull out couch. When I asked for a comforter, I was told they didn't have any, however we did get bottom and top sheet.

It is one of the dirtiest rooms that I have stayed in. The sheets had stains on it. The walls behind the makes it obvious that it is never wiped down or noticed. That makes it obvious that they don't check for bed bugs.

The room was old, and smelled old and musty. No maintenance done such as painting patch jobs, or replacing very old and worn out room door. Air was cold, but made room feel insanely damp! Good location, nice front desk help, but in major need of painting, new flooring, and de-humidification.

It is not a upscale hotel!.It is not a rat roach infested hotel, they are working on the property here and there to make sure it is up to par. The location is great, the people and staff there was excellent.They went way above and beyond! Will consider staying there again.

The owner's wife checked us in and we were told that we owed a certain amount of money before we could check in. When I asked again how much we owed she said she didn't know because she couldn't see that as we booked through a third party. She also told us that they keep a copy of our credit card just in case " you were to steal my hair dryer or my pillow cases, or my coffee pot". Never had this experience there before, but I don't think I will be staying there again.
