Our family had a great experience! We really enjoy these condos. They are perfect with the playground, pools, etc. They are also a great location- not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but still close to everything. This condo was very nice. It was clean and great for the family!

Smoky Mountain Overnight

We brought my son back to the Smokies for his first visit in 10 years to see how the area has changed. We didn’t want a hotel. I found Mountain View Condos and it looked to have just what we needed for 3 people. Easy check in. Tracy was great at providing information. Carpets could use a good cleaning but otherwise the place was very clean. It was perfect for us. Great location just off the Parkway with no Street noise. Close to everything. AMAZING view from the balcony. Saw some turkeys this morning wandering the walking path. We will keep this place in mind for return trips.

GROSS!!!Not clean!!! MOLD and MILDEW!! URINE on the floor!! Find somewhere else in this complex.

We arrived with two of our teenage boys (that found a dirty bra under their bed pink and ruffled!) to a condo that had not been cleaned and has mold and mildew growing all over the place and a huge amount of urine on the side of the master bathroom toilet. Before we could even relax we had to clean. We spent the latter part of our first-day cleaning and kept finding more filth! The location is amazing. I took pictures of all the filth and documented everything we did. I messaged the property manager the day before we left and told her about the pictures that I had and what the problem was and she offered me a free ticket to an attraction. ( we got them already!) that was nothing. I asked her if she would waive the cleaning fee. She said she could not do that. I have contacted vrbo and asked for a refund now. The location is AMAZING! The views are AMAZING! But I do not recommend renting here! The people after us are getting a pretty clean condo-we did not dust the living room end table or clean out the bottom of the garbage can or clean any of the mold out of the windows, or clean the vents that are full of dirt and dust. I would stay away from this condo!! Find one that is not run by this company. I have pictures and proof! I am glad I did not have any of my young grandkids there, the floors were not mopped or clean.

Stay at Mountain View

We loved our stay at Mountain View. The location was close to everything. The unit was clean ,but needs attention to details. The balcony had not been cleaned in weeks. We used the balcony daily to look at the beauty of the area,clean it up.Needs some maintenance in the pool area. Main pool was cloudy and the hot tub was not working. It was green and slimy.

Not quite as clean as I expected

The 2 bedroom unit I stayed in with my husband, mom and grand daughter was not clean. Lots of mildew in shower, sink/counter crevices in bathroom and kitchen, as well as patio doors. I cleaned a lot of it before I could use any of it. The carpet and tile were also dirty. I had to dust as well, terrible! The master bedroom bed was AWFUL!! I don't think they've turned the mattress once. (The sheets were clean so that's a bug plus) The couch was dirty. My grand daughter had a choice to sleep with her great grandma or an air mattress we found wadded up in the closet. OR, for her final and best choice, a sheet on a recliner sofa. Fortunately she's small and not one to complain. My husband was appalled at the small size of bedroom TV's. Our home computer monitor is larger. Internet was rather pathetic. The dishwasher and dryer were terrible!! So much so we didn't even try the washer. The outdoor pool was a bit cloudy, the indoor pool was very cloudy. Handicap parking could've been better. It was terrible to get out to go toward Gatlinburg and SMNP. So, why a 4 overall rating you ask? Well, the view from our unit was beautiful!! It was easy in from the north and out to head home. Overall, it was quiet. The walking area and play park were a big hit.. The people we met staying there were VERY friendly!! Didn't hear back from my host at all, but the check in was EASY using VRBO app! The price was reasonable. My 87 yo mom said she slept great and our grand daughter had so much fun! Those 2 things made every bit of dust, dirt, small TV's saggy bed and mildew worth it.

The apartment is just as described in the app with room for improvement.

The apartment is very centraly located, with a great view to the park, mountains, and the town. The apartment has plenty of room and cleaned. Now to the important part people should know. All kitchen item should be replaced, bed mattress are stiff and very old, and most importantly to most people this time and age, the wifi is very slow at best 2.6mbsec. I do recommend to stay at this location is decent enough that you will enjoy your time there.

Overall our stay was good. Owner may want to do a little maintenance on some of the appliances. I had to was dishes our whole stay due to the dishwasher broken. But other than that we had a great time. Will definitely rent again! Thanks

This is a great condo for a stay in Pigeon Forge. The condo was clean and very roomy. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The check in processes was very easy. I would recommend this condo for your next visit to the area.

Booked about 3 weeks before our trip. Traci was easy to work with. The door lock worked fine the first day. When we got ready to leave we couldn't get the door to lock. Called Traci she knew there was an issue before hand and had already ordered a new lock. She did send someone out to work on it for us to make do until the replacement came in. The condo was clean no issues there. The doors are wide enough for a wheelchair as advertised. However there are no handicap accesories in either bathroom. No rails or handles and each has the regular potty, Not the taller one that is easier. The pictures on VRBO are accurate. Looks exactly has picutred. Simple decor no clutter. The couch and loveseat offer a total of 4 recliners. The beds were ok. The kitchen seemed pretty stocked. We didn't cook anything while there so can't say for sure. Unit is on the 6th floor. Far enough away from the elevator that there was very little outside noise at all. We've stayed at Mountain View several times and have always been pleased. We did not use the pool or playground but they are exactly as pictured. We were there in May 2018 while they were building the walking track. This is very nice new feature. Glad we got to see the finished project this week. They have added several benches and swings. Its a great outdoor space. Some of the previous reviews said it wouldn't sleep 6. I would like to confirm that it is 2 bedrooms however there is a nice blowup mattress with sheets and pillows in the master bedroom closet that will allow for the 2 additional people. We didn't use this however it was a nice touch if we had needed it.

The main TV did not work. The shower curtain in the main bath wouldn’t stay up. Not enough beds for our party. Some had to sleep on a recliner. The drain in the jet tub would not hold. The shower head in the master was only a drip until we cleaned off two wash clothes covered in black mildew that was built up on it. The unit only had 1.5 rolls on TPaper. We had to buy more. The rooms themselves were clean but these little things really put a damper on our stay 😞

Well worth the price.

We booked the property about a week out, so it was a little last minute getaway for us. My request for booking was almost immediately answered and all email contact and instructions were received in a timely manner. The property had everything you need initially (utensils, paper products, etc.). We are a family of 6 so the blowup mattress came in handy. It was a wet Memorial Day weekend so the indoor pool was just what the kids needed. We will definitely consider this property on future Pigeon Forge visits.

This condo was very spacious. The furnishings were beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked with pot, pans, utensils and small appliances. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and neat. There is a nice view of the mountains from this unit and the location can't be beat...it's right off the Parkway but still away from the traffic enough to be peaceful. The owner/manager was very friendly and easy to deal with. We will request this condo again on our next trip to Pigeon Forge.
