“Overall stay was good. Location is good and place was clean. Host was quick to respond with messages. A few things:1. You have to use a secondary portal for Checkin and things, not a fan. 2. There was no broom to sweep with. 3. The place only has one mini split so keeping the den, bathroom, downstairs bedroom and upstairs loft comfortable was difficult. 4. If you sleep upstairs please note headlights will come through the windows5. Also if you sleep upstairs there is no way to block the windows……

“The rental was only a few minutes from Pigeon Forge (15 from Gatlinburg) but the road is risky. The driveway is on a sharp curve. When dry the yard is nice for kids or pets to run around but when wet you kind of sink in (which of course I know isn’t their fault). The back porch was enjoyable, we parked our car by it to give a little privacy from the neighbor right behind. They provided travel size shampoo, liquid and bar body wash, laundry pods, dish washer pods and liquid as well as a hair……

“The property is very clean in and out. The neighborhood is cute and very quiet. Not too far from Gatlinburg and all the activities we had planned. It’s a 3min drive from the cottage to the main strip and 4min away from Ma’s restaurant which was delicious and affordable for breakfast and dinner. There was a cute Christmas tree all set up in the living room which was a nice touch. The heater/AC work very well. All the appliances work w/o issue. The kitchen is stocked well w/pots, pans, silverware,……

“We visit the Smoky’s annually and tend to just pick a cabin that is available. Location-wise, we selected this one because we have stayed in this community before and loved the proximity to all activities. Cabin-wise, this cabin was superior to others in set up and space. Very well thought out and had everything we could’ve needed. The bathrooms had plenty of vanity space (not typical) and extra shelving for our stuff! The kitchen was well stocked.
