“Extremely clean inside and out. The room smelled fresh and clean and there was a sound machine playing relaxing jungle birds. The grounds were immaculately landscaped. The breakfast was fantastic.”

“Every room has a TV and the game room is a lot of fun. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has a lot of utility and there are plenty of dishes, glasses and serving utensils. The downstairs bathroom fan did not work. The floors were dirty. The electric oven did not cycle to maintain a consistent heat and had to be turned on and off to cook our steaks (thankfully we had smart thermometer probes or else cooking with the oven would have been extremely difficult). The oven, when on at all, continues……

“The hotel was so nice, clean, convenient, and had great amenities, with choices of views, multiple bars/eateries, coffee shop, rooftop pool overlooking the Island and water show. The rooms had everything we needed and even an in-room jacuzzi tub. We were able to access the hotel from various places in the island(very helpful when super hot or in sudden rain showers. The valet service was quick and very convenient.”
