「Church of Our Lady of Peñafrancia and shops nearby.」

「The property is located near the top of Mount Isarog」

「There’s no proper door lock for safety, the property needs renovation. Every time we open the door created noise, you can hear every conversation at the hall way and from other room. A little expensive stay base on the condition of the property.」
