不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
The entire hotel needs an overhaul remodel. We bookers. Queen suite room and it was not clean. There was spots in the wall and the sheets still had some stains. The room was bone chilling cold. The attendant a young lady was rude when I called her from my cell phone due to the hotel room phone not working. I had my infant with me so it was cold and I complained and she as upset she had to come upstairs and fix the heat. The heater was obnoxiously loud and still remained not working properly. We left to attend the funeral and asked if the beds linen can be changed. Came back and it was not done and they had told the young man attendant that they marked it off as completed. Demitris was a nice young man and apologized for all the inconveniences. It seemed like all the bad stuff was happening on his shift. There was a lady across the hall from us and she had a # 2 accident in the lobby, elevator, hallway, and door. It was absolutely horrendous wand housekeeping didn’t get to it till the next day. Demetrius tried his best to clean the lobby and run the front desk. He was the only staff that was polite, empathetic, and professional. I would rate this place a -0. Worse hotel stay I ever had and hope that people deter from here.
