“Yard & property not quite as nice as appeared in photos but however it was a really wet spring so tough to use the yard. The bathtub could use replacing it squeaks loudly while stepping & moving around will wake people up in the adjacent bedrooms. A fire pit in the yard would be nice but overall it is a nice clean house & would stay there again location was good for us.”

“Our stay was really nice. The Bungalow is super cute. Very cozy, warm and inviting. I especially liked the fact that our host left us farm fresh eggs for breakfast. That was a nice touch., which was very appreciated. The Bungalow is also centrally located to lots of things to do in the area. We would definitely recommend this charming little oasis away from home to anyone looking to just get away and relax. ”

“Quiet, cozy home. The house was very clean and accommodating when we arrived. There were many thoughtful things left for our use if needed. Including kitchen and bathroom items. Plenty of games and movies around to keep us entertained. Everything you would need for showers and bedding and it was clean and ready to use. The beds were very comfortable. The pictures do a great job depicting what is available but what you don't know is how quite and peaceful it is there. The neighbors are friendly……

“This gem of a property was exactly the kind of stay we were looking for on a trip to see our son play for the Elmira Pioneers. The living area on the first floor gave us plenty of room to relax after a doubleheader and hang out as a family of 6. It was well maintained, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Our host Chris went above and beyond expectations when he became aware that one of his guests had a disability and the summer heat exasperates their symptoms. Chris made sure that the……
