“The location name was deceptive. Though it is close to the lake it’s not on the Lake. It’s located in a trailer park and is a trailer. Very spacious and clean. It was a bit uncomfortable at night as the French doors don’t have blinds or shades you could pull down. All in all not too bad for an overnight stay but an extended stay wouldn’t work for me.”

“We spent a wonderful 3 days at this property celebrating a wedding at Pineland place. It was close to our family and about 15 mins to the main area of Monks Corner. The lodge was clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you need. In the coming years, we may book and do thanksgiving up there with our SC family.”

“I didn’t spend that much time at the house but for me it was right around the corner from my sister and a perfect location. The beauty of the sun rising over the water was lovely. The home was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Not to mention the outdoor Christmas lights made coming back late at night very nice.”

“I selected this lovely property as a getaway to enjoy with my daughter who’s attending college nearby. She needed some home cooking from the well appointed chef’s kitchen, naps in the hammock, brilliant sunsets, viewings of ducks/woodpeckers/bald eagle, and a tranquil setting to recharge. "The front desk just give me a room without cleaning. The tip from last customer still there and the stuff on the bed is in a mess. Garbage can is full. They change a new one for me and definitely delayed my time for sleeping since I had driven for 8 hours from New York there to have a good rest and then to start keeping driving to Florida next morning. By the way, it says $16 for the breakfast on EXPEDIA but they charge me $30 for the breakfast at the front desk later. Everything is in disorder."
