「Es un hotel..con servicio y utilities bien..El personal de Recepcion fue amable..El desayuno exelente..y buen ambiente」

「we had to swap rooms 3 times. air conditioning was broke in 2 rooms and bathroom didn’t flush and flooded in another. the staff was incoherent and we had to beg Emily to help us switch rooms. the manager was very rude to me and my fiancé and refused to do a refund and made us handle the situation by our selves through a third party company (expedia) , to which she proceeded to lie to the third party company and say they don’t do refunds and we were out of luck.」

「Nice large suites」

「Loved the hotel and being able to get breakfast in the AM and all the amenities . Only thing was in our room we couldn’t lift the shades to let sunlight in . It was broken the entire stay. Walls are VERY thin」

「It was very nice. Staff was very helpful and facility was clean.」

「cleanliness friendliness easy access off Marine Blvd the lending library and supplies」

「Would def stay here again」

「The hotel was overall very clean place. The only issue is the huge word buck that was under the pullout bed. I called the friendly staffer and she told me that they were native to the area and that when it rains, they come out it definitely startled me and it was very huge. Other than that she was extremely accommodating and also offered to kill it. The breakfast in the morning was not the worst, and they serve after the hour listed. The beds were comfortable in the area was clean and quiet.」

「Terrible don’t come here! Especially if you have kids. There is drugs and gang violence everywhere, ladies of the night are in and out;)」

「Shout out to the lady that was working Friday the 30th around 3:30 and Nora at the front desk . They were absolutely amazing. They made our stay a great experience.」
