Property is well located near night market. Little difficult to find because is located on ninth floor of building. Parking is onsite below ground. Staff is very friendly. Property shows wear and tear, could use a little TLC. Good breakfast. Overall, stay was acceptable.

訂了9/22-24兩房住宿、但整體飯店品質真的不太好、從可怕陰森的地下停車場到浴室到房間整潔度到隔天早餐…都有點需要深呼吸、所以隔天9/23下午決定提早退房、即使損失一天、兩間的房價也不想回頭、因為確實房價等於一切感受…我不能拿高價去對應相對要求、當天下午退房時當班女生眼睛抬都不抬問了哪間房要退、回答後全程眼睛仍舊不看我們、直接說鑰匙放著這樣就可以了….所以本來想給四顆也好…但基於櫃檯服務小姐的服務態度只好再降ㄧ星（因為我平常都是給五顆星）。

CP 值很好的住宿，地點非常好

旁邊就是屏東夜市，樓下就有一間NET 很好逛，離火車站也是幾分鐘的腳程，住起來也非常舒適，早餐是一般商務旅館的類型，有中式稀飯小菜和吐司饅頭，而且還有小朋友愛吃的地瓜餅，整體CP值很好，下次來屏東市還會選住這。
