"The stay was not what I was anticipating. Before arriving, I was trying to locate other hotels but the selection was limited. I did not participate in the "easy" check in process based on reviews from it so I visited the front desk, for check in. It didn't take long or the timing was just right. I get to the room and it was heavily smoked in. I escalated the complaint and there was nothing to be done. I called first thing the next morning and was able to get another room. No, it was not smoked in but later in the day, there were smokers next to the room. Not only that, there were several other guests who were smoking in the rooms. It was kind of mis-leading to request a non-smoking room to still be put in one. Hopefully it is something that is checked frequently but check the sheets and surrounding areas. The continental breakfast was bypassed due to timing. Microwave popped popcorn in a terrible way. Mini fridge kept water cold but unsure how cold it would keep other things. The motel was near retail stores, grocery store, fast food spots, and gas stations. I would NOT recommend walking in this area as traffic was not the greatest. This establishment was by the interstate and it was not the quietest. The walls are thin as you could hear your fellow guest doing whatever in the room next to you. I'm not sure if hotels.com signal certain RSVP to get the less than greatest bookings but this experience was not the greatest. The price was not sufficient for the level of stress"

"The staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful. I had a dog with me, and the room floor had a very functional, non-carpet flooring that was awesome! Bed was great. Traffic and plane noise, but overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."
