“Weekend trip to see family in Jersey Shore. This Historic Farmhouse comes Highly Recommended. It’s Awesome. When you pull in the driveway you can see the beautiful large farm on which this house sits. A circular driveway that gives you easy access. “We were attending our nephew's graduation from Penn State, and this property was available and within range for the events we needed to attend. It was very clean and a nice set up for my husband and me. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the king-sized bed was nice to have. The set up is an 'apartment' that used to be office space. Very private and easy to find. Thanks so much for the stay!”

“Our group had a great time at Barry's place on the Pine Creek. It was clean and had everything we needed. The creek was in good shape and as a group we caught and missed up to 20 fish. At least half of them right off the creek in back of the cabin. Two of our group have been fishing the creek for over 20 year and this was one of their best experiences. “If you’re looking for a cabin close to everything, this is your stay. You can easily walk to the Waterville Hotel right out of the door, and the country store is right by the property too! We stayed with our 4 year old son, and the convenience of having the rail trail and the beautiful park in the back was wonderful! “The highway can be heard from the south side and First Quality Paper factory can be heard from the North. Eventually, the sounds blend into the background but, some users may find this jarring upon arrival. Also, the "air conditions" are evaporative (really just humidifiers) and don't really provide any cooling.”

“Frank has a beautiful property right on the river. It is so peaceful and quiet. It was a great location for two families. The kids had a great time playing outside and on the wraparound decks. Frank was super responsive to all of our questions and needs.”
