Lovely over garage one bedroom guest apartment in an idyllic location convenient to Brevard, DuPont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest, etc. Very comfortable with all the conveniences- full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. Friendly, personable owners. Great communication. Highly recommend.

Peace near the Parkway

Wonderfully cozy comfortable apt. So clean and hosts are on site and are amazing! I love the farm setting yet so close to restaurants and activities in Brevard or Hendersonville. We have stayed here before and certainly will return.

Quaint Little Oasis

Kim and Ken were such wonderful hosts. The apartment is just over their garage. It was clean, spacious, and comfy. We were met with such hospitality. If you are needing a place to stay, please consider staying with Kim and Ken. The view from the porch is spectacular. Definitely will be returning back!

The views of Brevard were gorgeous and the bed was so comfortable. We were in and out most of the time, but they made us feel at home when we were there.

Awesome Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and comfortable. The country setting was also something we enjoyed and the hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. This will definitely be our first choice when we visit the Brevard area again!

Loved our farm stay

Was a great time for our family, so close to Brevard! You do have to drive to waterfalls/hikes but it’s short! The kitchen is super equipped and! The donkey is the sweetest! Also, with kids, the laundry access is a win!

Lovely owners, very relaxing, pastoral setting

Very clean, with all amenities available. Kim and Ken were great hosts,very friendly. We loved sitting on the deck in the evening listening to the sounds of the farm and watching fireflies light up the meadow. Convenient to Pisgah Forest trails, and Brevard.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the property. It was well-kept and clean and had all of the amenities that are needed. The owners, Ken and Kim, are very friendly and wonderful people. We will definitely be returning for another stay and look forward to it.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Homestead Farm South. It’s close to Brevard, DuPont State Forest, Hendersonville, Pisgah National Forest and so much more. HFS had everything we needed and it was very clean and quiet. We really enjoyed our four nights there and we’d definitely stay there again. Ken and Kim were very nice and offered great suggestions for getting ahead of the crowds.

Beautiful countryside

This property was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the views from the porch were beautiful. The property was conveniently located to surrounding towns, scenic views and waterfalls. The property owners were very helpful with places to eat and places to visit during our stay. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to coming again. Just What the Doctor Ordered

Fabulous stay in a wonderful apartment in a beautiful setting. The farm was so peaceful and the animals were so entertaining. Homestead Farm was close to town but yet far enough away. The apartment was well appointed and very cosy. Everything went very smoothly and Ken was a great host Can't wait to return.

All the comforts of home!

My two children and I spent the weekend in this adorable apartment while they were between sessions of summer camp. It is clean, comfortable, quiet, and convenient to many nearby restaurants and attractions. The hosts are so gracious and kind. This was our second stay here and we plan to return again. We couldn’t ask for a better place to enjoy a weekend together in Pisgah Forest!

Peaceful getaway

Country Cottage in the Mountains

This clean, quiet cottage was conveniently located between Brevard, DuPont State Recreational Forest and the Pisgah National Forest. Near trout fishing in the Davidson and French Broad Rivers. The second floor apartment was very clean and well appointed. It was quiet and featured a full suite of amenities. The hosts were close by and available to answer any questions which might arise. We were very pleased with the property and our stay.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay in Brevard. We loved meeting Ken & Kim. They were great hosts. Very friendly and warm. The place was meticulous and comfy. Loved seeing the animals,, esp. holding a 5 day old goat! They gave us tips for restaurants, which were great also. Can’t say enough good things about this place

Outside: This is such a beautiful property located on 22 acres of land. My friend and I enjoyed the quietness, privacy, fresh air and nature here. The farm animals also added charm to this location. We went in June and saw fireflies at night, so many of them on the trees and meadow. It was special! Inside: Very clean. It is probably the cleanest BnB I’ve been to and I’ve been to many. Kim and Ken made sure to maintain the apartment well. We cooked a few meals and we had all equipments we needed. Water, AC, washer/dryer were running well. I was quite surprised that the apartment is new and more modern than what showed in the photos. Hosts: Kim and Ken are good people. They are kind and honest. My friend and I enjoyed talking with them. We are deeply introverted so that says something. They don’t intrude but became so open and helpful when we approached them and asked for their help. I really enjoyed the stay here. Only thing I regret is not staying longer!

Wonderful hosts and clean, comfortable and quaint. Loved waking up to the sounds of the roosters and hearing the baby goats and the other farm animals. Beautiful and peaceful but close to the town and amenities. Hoping to stay with them again next year :)
