“Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti in questa magnifica residenza insieme a 10 amici. Il proprietario è stato da subito molto disponibile e veloce nelle comunicazioni. La posizione è pazzesca in cima alla valle dei calanchi con Civita di Bagnoregio proprio difronte. La strada per arrivare è un po’ scomoda ma vale la pena per la tranquillità che ti assicura, lontano da strade, case o negozi. Sicuramente ci torneremo, magari in estate per provare la splendida piscina ”

“Tilava huoneisto kauniilla ja rauhallisella maaseudulla. Oma uima-allas ja hevoset laidunsivat naapuritontilla. Kaikki sujui majoituksen osalta muuten mukavasti, mutta saimme vasta paikan päällä tietää, että lämmityskustannukset eivät kuuluneet hintaan. Kaasu on italiassa kallista ja jos kelit eivät olisi lämmenneet ja emme olisi pystyneet lämmittämään takalla, lisäkustannus olisi ollut aika suuri. Meille myös ilmoitettiin varausta tehtäessä, ettei takkaa voi käyttää, mutta onneksi perillä……

“ Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir haben uns nicht geweigert die Reinigungsgebühren zu bezahlen, sondern waren erst der Meinung das diese uns nicht auf der Hauptbuchungsseite angezeigt wurden und haben uns nun gewundert, das wir diese vor Ort zahlen sollten. Im nachhinein haben wir die Reinigungskosten versteckt im Kleingedruckten gefunden. Und auch vor Ort bezahlt. Es ist gesetzlich vorgeschrieben, das alle Kosten klar ersichtlich sind, und im Endpreis erscheinen müssen! Zudem wollte man uns……

“Great accommodation. Pool was a real hit especially given the very hot weather we have seen during our stay. Susannah was very helpful and made some good recommendations of places to eat. A car is a must but lots of great restaurants and places to visit nearby. ”

“We felt very fortunate to have found the Villa Podere. It is a beautiful house and a beautiful property! We could feel that it is is also being used by the owners as it was very cosy. The pool are was great. The check-in was very uncomplicated. Tommaso made us feel at home. Very nice! Nice views from the beautiful terrace and everywhere else. We would definitely want to go there and we would recommend to everyone that asked us. Thank you!”
