I have thought about this review for days because I would like to be objective. Overall, I had a terrible experience and I will not be booking with Skyline Realty ever again. This was supposed to be a "luxury" apartment, which the property manager, Erica, did not let me forget. There was nothing luxury about the entire building. Thank you to the other reviewers who mentioned their car smelled like cigarettes when they got it back from the valet parking under the building. Because of that I did not park there. Plenty of great parking in the area. Make sure to book through SpotHero. The valet guy wreaked of cigarettes and even had the nerve to say, "Since you didn't park with us, you will pay a lot more money". LOL! I actually paid less. Overall, the apartment was fine. Had everything I needed. I wasn't there during the day and I ate out, but it was nice to have the necessities. The bed was great! Very comfortable. That was the best, and newest, part of the apartment. So, finally, the huge issue I had was with Erica because she was great when I had quick little questions- even though I asked her something small that was apparently in the listing, and she said "as it was stated in the listing". Wow, rude- that was in the beginning of our interaction. Then, the apartment smelled like cigarettes. I let her know right away, and I updated her that in the morning it did not. Her responses concerning this issue throughout my stay showed no customer service knowledge and were insolent.

Very clean, great location, central to many attractions and restaurants and bars. The valet parking was awesome. Great for walking. To a lot of locations looking forward to staying again would definitely recommend to other people.

Great Accomodation

This was a great place for me to stay while in Pittsburgh. Within walking distance of both professional stadiums. Within walking distance to DLL Conference Center. Within walking distance of shopping, dining, and fun.

really comfortable place, closed to everything, fully kitchen facilities with very good condition, even valet parking fee is not expensive too. the best choice when stay in Pittsburg, we'd like back again in the feature.

Impressed. Y ease of obtaining the keys, the safety and friendliness of the neighbors. Peace and quiet of hallways and neighbors. Loved how clean everything is, inside the room, in the building, and outside. First time not using a hotel for points/rewards and I did not regret it.

The condo is really conveniently located to everything downtown - you just can't beat the location. It's nicely furnished - good bed - and has everything you might need for a weekend stay. We'd look to rebook this property if we ever return to Pittsburgh.

Location, location, location...

I was in town for the national Senior Games. My mom came with me to cheer me on. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was my primary concern and it was excellent. Huge refrigerator, plenty of ice. High powered microwave. I wasn't paying close attention in the photos but there is no dresser to put clothes in. However the closet is plenty large with many hangers and that worked out fine. There is a washer/dryer combo which I was completely unfamiliar with, but I was sent a link and it was fairly simple to use. We had easy access to PNC ballpark where we had an event as well as Heinz Field where I had another event. Easy highway access to all my other events, shopping, convention center, and dinner. The only thing I would caution is the bathtub doesn't have a mat, grippers, or handlebars and my 86 year old mother had some trouble with that. But we put down a towel on the tub floor and there was no problem. Erica was very prompt to respond with my questions about the air conditioning set up. She was very pleasant and patient.

Very cozy and convenient stay

Prime location for just about any need you may have, very short walk across the Fort Duquesne bridge takes you straight to the stadiums. Close to market square for a great date night at Piazzolos or Primantis! The valet staff was very helpful and attentive 24/7. The apartment itself is very cozy with a view of the fort Pitt bridge, my only suggestion is maybe make it a little more like home for those who come far away by adding some decor such as paintings or (fake) plants, but these are just creature comforts!

Fantastic Stay!

This building could not be in a better location, right across from Point State Park and short walking distance to Market Square. Also not a far walk across the bridge to some other cool restaurants and the casino! Apartment was extremely clean and spacious enough for the two of us and our dog. Stocked with some essentials (plates, cups, shampoo, towels, etc.) which was great, and the bed was comfortable. We loved that we could bring our dog! There is a nice patch of grass in front of the building for dogs to go to the bathroom. Slyfox brewery is also downstairs attached to the building so if you wanted to grab a drink or food and sit outside with your dog it was super convenient! The valet parking was great. The building overall was very nice and secure. The Property Manager Erica provided very thorough instructions for check-in/check-out and was very helpful overall. Would definitely stay here again!
