All of the staff members we encountered were extremely helpful. They all took the time to explain information and answer questions we had and make us feel comfortable as we traveled to Pittsburgh for the first time.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone was super sweet and I'll happily book a stay again! The only complaint is that the bathroom door does not have a lock (sliding frosted glass door), the shower drain clogged extremely easily, and the shower door kept sliding open so water got everywhere.

Had a great one night stay fast check-in, clean. Only downside was no parking at hotel so had to park across the street and pay for parking but it was convenient and we were able to go to loading zone, drop our bags in the room and then move the car

Stop designing bathrooms with glass barn doors!

The hotel was fine, but, I hate glass bathroom barn doors and it makes sharing a room uncomfortable. Also, although the room I booked claimed a "City View", it looked out into an alley which included a direct view of an unhomed individual. Location was fine. The additional breakfast offered for $15 was good.
