We had to immediately change rooms. The top latch was broken, there appeared to be a blood stain in the tub, a used bandaid on the floor, and someone that walked past our patio door enough to spook my son. Our second room was a much better location (although there is no elevator to the second floor and I have a bad knee, I get safer). However, the door wouldn't close properly. I found maintenance and after a 30-minute repair to the door mechanism, it closed. But the deadbolt couldn't engage. I did not feel like moving a third time so I relied on the top latch and security cameras outside my room. I didn't allow the cleaning service in after the first day because of the poor quality in the sheets and towels provided. I can't believe the Wyndham corporation would allow such a poorly maintained facility. I have photos I'd like to share with Expedia. Additional concerns: exhaust fan in bathroom hanging over bathtub, desk chair badly damaged, shower curtain and dresser drawer would not stay closed.
