Check in and check out was easy and the staff were friendly. There was NO hot breakfast included as advertised! They said it was because of construction. The room smelled very musty and there was doorknob missing on the bathroom door. The bathroom ceiling was patched and not very clean. But we got in very late and had a good nights sleep, so that part was fine.

Staff gave me a room that wasn't made by housekeeping. Bed and linen incompletely done and left as per the last guests. Not a good service. I had to go back to the counter and wait for the front desk guy for 10 minutes in middle of night checkin that too with a sleeping family in my car. Horrible service.

When I checked in, I went to my room & the door was open with the tv on. Of course this was unexpected. Upon closer inspection, the bed was not made. Somebody was already in that room. I went back to the front desk & she told me sometimes people sneak intonthe hotel & will take someone else's room. I was really taken aback by this. They did put me into a different room, but honestly, I was not very comfortable thinking people were "sneaking" to get rooms. Eveb in my new room, the chain feature had been ripped off the wall. It was just the door lock & nothing else. It did not feel very safe. There were no problems for me, but I will likely not stay there again.

The rooms were terrible and filled with the strong smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke. There was no proper entrance to the hotel or clear access to the assigned rooms. We also encountered two intoxicated individuals who made inappropriate and unsettling comments, which made us feel extremely unsafe. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, as the conditions and environment pose a serious safety concern.
