Great for the night I needed it. You can tell folks live theee but it’s in a quiet neighborhood, it wasn’t noisy nix a few doggy barks which I don’t mind and it was clean. I would absolutely stay here again. The staff were great and helped me check in earlier and the folks who hang outside were pleasant too.

Very old accommodations, dated and not very comfortable. No cutlery or dishes in the rooms even though it was an extended stay, not sure if you have to request them or not. Apparently, the people staying there knew nothing about common curtesy to other guests. Several of the people staying in other rooms (probably together) had their doors open as they were getting ready for the evening as if they were in their own living room, extremely loud and rude. Only to have them return from their night out at 3 a.m., just as loud and rude. No Morning, whatever you want to call it, not a breakfast or even considered a continental breakfast available, just coffee. I was told a Manager would be calling me, it has been two days now and no one has reached out. We will not be returning.

WARNING, WARNING, WARNING. Bed bugs, fleas, but on the bright side, staff was helpful. Don't ask for coffee maker. It was filthy. It seemed it was for the homeless. When we were leaving a pickup truck was backed up with all their belongings waiting to check in. If you want clean linens you had to take yours down to staff to be washed and given back. There were no fresh linens. And when you got yours back they didn't smell clean. Place was filthy. Not clean all. Have pictures. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. When I booked this stay, I was unaware of their room service policy of only offering service 'every 2 weeks'. If I wanted clean towels I'd have to bring the used ones to the front desk. The staff at the front desk were absent at times. At other times they were hiding at the desk behind the wall and you had to get their attention for assistance. The absolute worst part of this stay was seeing a cockroach in the room. When I mentioned this to the desk at check out the woman said another guest had also complained about seeing a cockroach in their room. I was only offered an apology for the cockroach. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have had and I would highly suggest people find another place to stay when visiting the Pittsburgh area.

I booked this to have access to heating fascility like coil or gas stove, microwave. But found that those are not clean and maintained. I reached hotel at 9 pm. No one was there at front desk. Had to call by calling a number. Second day i was asking for change of bath towels at 8 pm. I was told by staff that he is busy and he can give only in morning after i return old bath towels. Morning 8 am i asked frontdesk, i was told no bath towels available and can only give 1 bath rug instead. Bath towels will be available after 11 am after checkout by few parties. So extended stay america do not have spare bath towels or any towels. Also at night i asked if they have any thick comfortor or blanket as provided sheets and linen/comforter is thin. I asked for just give a second bedsheet for a night. I was told nothing is available. So this hotel was not worth the stay or comfortable. Even no half-n-half or milk for coffee or tea. This was my first experience of any extended stay america hotels and was my mistake to book this hotel.

Room was very clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Very impressed with how friendly staff was. My only complaint was the key cards kept not working, so I kept getting locked out of my room. Other than that, I was very impressed… especially with such a decent price!

We were very grateful they were able to accommodate us for the night when our other hotel canceled our booking last minute. Unfortunately, the room was much to be desired. It smelled like cat litter, was very out dated, no handrail in the shower, shower curtain was too small for shower, stains on the counters, and no TV. It seems as though this room was only used for last minute stays because it was not well maintained. The lobby was very nice and clean. The staff member was very pleasant at check-in.
