Under Construction in process of converting to Holiday Inn Express. They called us ahead of time to tell us they were renovating so we knew what to expect. We didnt mind, we were happy to have a place to sleep at a great rate for the nfl draft weekend. Kudos to the staff to meet all our needs. Might not be a good place right now for a young family though due to heavy construction materials around the site, but for 14 men on a guys trip it was great! Staff was A+++

This property has been purchased by another company and is being thoroughly renovated. The lobby does not exist; it is used for storage of building materials. Hallways are filthy. The hotel should not be in business until the work has been completed, and Hotels.com should not list it. There are no amenities at all. We had no idea how bad it was until we arrived and it was too late to go elsewhere. We were the only guests. Also, renters should be warned that McKnight Road has dividers between the north and south-bound lanes. You can reach it only heading south.

The place was under MAJOR construction! No phone in room, microwave, hair dryer, coffer maker! Nothing. Dry wall dust, everywhere! No key card given. Had to call a # at the desk to be let in as Noone was ever there!

The hotel is in the middle of major renovations. No mention of this on any of the websites. No front desk only a phone number to call. Attendant had to let you into your room, key card system was down. The place is a mess. Seems this property has been purchased by Holiday Inn Express. About 10 rooms in the back of the building were available. Other guests I talked to had no idea the construction was going on. Holiday Inn should be ashamed of themselves. Don't stay here anytime soon.
