「The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.」

「Breakfast was not good 」

「We spent 7 nights here in August and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel looks modern and clean and the front desk staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room and beds were also comfortable although it did look like it was due a deep clean (you can see the dust gathering around the edges of the carpet and under tables etc). The bathroom, especially tiles, also looked tired and due renovation. Out of our 7 nights, the cleaners only came once. Admittedly one time was due to us...

「The Inn is stunning. Very much a Luxury BnB! Terrific location, we walked to the museums, local churches, restaurants, etc. The staff were wonderful, helping us with everything. Nice to grab a glass of wine, or two, (provided by the Inn) in the afternoon on the outdoor deck after a day of playing tourist. The breakfasts were superb and much more than we expected. Definitely the place to stay when you are in the Pittsburgh region!」
