Room was stained and dirty, staff wasnt very helpful. Charged for stuff i shouldn't of been charged for. Parking was non existent. No coffee, no creamer... etc....

Springhill Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh North Shore
Room had some stains on the sofa and the bathtub had something hard stuck to the bottom (like paint?) I was able to scratch some off with my fingernail but not all of it. Staff was very friendly and location is great. Nice breakfast. Would still stay again.

Staff was rude. Took very long to check in. Key wouldn’t work for room. Room was dirty. Asked for pillows and blankets and they said they would bring them when they could. Got back to room around 2 am, still nothing. They finally brought them at 3.
