“The house and surrounding were very nice. Exactly as described and had some nice touches left by the management company- extra soap, laundry pods, doggie poop bags. The only concerns were that the keypad on the door was temperamental and didn’t work our entire visit (thankfully there was a key in a lockbox so we could get inside when it was cold and raining) and there were several dishes put away dirty. “So, rarely are properties listed accurately. It’s something the renter must face once the car is loaded up and everything is planned. This property is the exception! When the listing says on the beach it means it. If I gingerly tossed a stone out the front door it would hit sand. Sand mind you, we are not talking about the rocky shorelines we have grown to love. “The picture you show was the owners 1st property and we could not access the property with my elderly family. When I called the owner, he offered me a second option of another property. That is the property I rated. It was very kind of the owner to accomodate us. It was a lit more driving than we intended but the accommodstions were much better for us.”

“This home is fully furnished and lacks nothing. The beds are comfortable, linens and towels clean and not worn/frayed/stained. Kitchenware was in newer condition. The lake is a beautiful setting. Although it is in a wooded area, the property is sprayed early in season and was not an issue. GPS took us right to address. Amy was a terrific host. I actually left my personal salt and pepper mill behind as another guest tucked it away in a cupboard and I missed it when packing. Amy was prompt to……

“Was supposed to be with family but some things changed. I stayed here to get out to the sugarloaf marathon race early in the morning . It was only 30 minutes to get up to the finish line. Great cabin with lots of space. Hopefully next time I can share it with the family. Highly recommended. ”
