“Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience for us which was confusing based on previous reviews! The staff told us to park in a place that gave us a pricey parking ticket, then told us it was our fault. Additionally, the listing told us 3 could fit in a room when in fact it was not true. When I asked the staff about this, they got extremely upset and told us we booked for one person which wasn’t true. The room is clean enough and the location is great I’ll give them that. “The room was a nice size but there was a lot of noise from in-house shows late at night. My fiancé and I both ended up with bed bug bites all over our bodies. Pillow was not comfortable. I wouldn’t stay there again. Staff were not very friendly as if you were interrupting their daily chores. The hotel is targeted for the elderly and families. The staff were not informative on the amenities available to us.”

Raffaella ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, haben über Sie eine tolle kleine Bootstour gebucht. (Parken ist fußläufig nicht weit weg, allerdings manchmal etwas tricky, da manche Automaten nicht mehrere Tage zulassen und nur mit Kreditkarte.)”

“The room was clean and perfect. We had to wait the staff for checkin despite the fact that we gave the time of arrival. Also the price I paid included the breakfast but the host said it was not and did provide breakfast next morning. I provided him the booking receipt details showing that the breakfast included. I also reported this to expedia help desk same day, but I was told that they could not communicate with the host due to English barrier. ”
