"Nice quiet place, 10 minute walk to beach and restaurants. Lots of space, nice outside area for evening sangria. Quiet part of Can Picanfort with local feeling, not too busy and definetely no teeenagers - the busy part is further away - but still within a walking distance. Air conditioning was not very good - as it is not inside of all rooms but in stairs. Only one room has air conditioning inside."

The villa itself is spacious, tastefully decorated, and has every modern convenience you could want. The living areas are bright and welcoming, and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxation – especially the pool, which has spectacular views of the mountains. The hosts were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly had the best time here and can't wait to return."

"Para empezar, llegamos y faltaba la zona de juegos para los niños, cosa que venía en las fotos que creo que ya han quitado. El agua no es potable, cosa que no se dice en ningún momento. Yo me enteré por qué viniendo de la playa un día me encontré un hombre con un camión dentro de la finca sin previo aviso y sin autorización mía. Consecuencias de ellos, mi perro que estaba suelto por la finca se le escapó y para colmo cuando lo coge lo encierra dentro de la vivienda que yo dejé abierta con todas...

"Tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, so dass wir mit zwei Familien und Kleinkindern uns super selbst versorgen konnten. Positiv hervorzuheben auch der Kindertisch, das war genial, und Ausstattung mit Kinderbett und Hochstuhl. Bei schlechtem Wetter konnten wir Zeit drin auf dem gemütlichen Sofa verbringen. Mit den beiden Bädern und der Zimmeraufteilung kann man die Unterkunft gut für zwei Familien mit Kleinkindern empfehlen."

"Laia's House has all the amenities you could want, with plenty of outdoor space. It is in a great location near the water and the main street, but with low traffic and quiet neighbours. It's very comfortable for a relaxing vacation!"

"Loads of problems with the property itself including no heating for 4 days and nights in February. Filthy windows. This could be lovely, staff were pleasant and helpful, but sadly the company itself doesn’t seem to care about its guests from our experience. It took well over a month to finally get our deposit back. Everything was so wrong on so many levels. I won’t be booking with this company again."
