The room was basic, at minimum. Faucet leaked the entire stay and there was no hot water when we showered. The wall was in the middle of being patched and it was just left undone. The towel rack fell off of the wall, the refrigerator temperature known knob was filthy. The only good thing was the location. Near fast food restaurants and a little bit of night life.

Pool and hot tub non functional, gym is a dump. Tv and internet didn’t work. Damaged furniture. Check in staff was very friendly and accommodating but the person helping me cancel my second night was extremely rude and demanded room keys back before check out time. I noted to stay here because of the location and the pool, however the noise of the nearby highway was extremely loud and kept me up all night.

Perfectly fine motel for what it is. Staff very friendly and hotel room clean. Just an older room however still has everything you would need for your average stay. Close to a lot of places to eat. Stayed for a business trip.

Carpets were all torn up the first room we were put in smelled like dog pee the next one reaked like stale smoke carpets were all stained walls torn up there was food on the floor next to the nightstand like the carpet was never vacuumed definitely not shampooed. Bathroom door had claw marks like someone locked their dog in there. Advertisement shows pool and hot tub but it's all empty and taped off The staff was very friendly that's all i can say good

I had a large room with a kitchenette, a full bath with hot water and a king bed. My reservation was made last minute and I was very pleased with the room . Best of all, it was quiet and I had a good night's sleep.

The place is a but run down and could use a make over regarding the room furnishings. Carpet a bit weathered. Pool area was taped off. TV was difficult and only one station was clear. Bed was comfortable and had clean linens and towels though.

We chose the place for the pool and hot tub to soak are weary bones after a day of skiing. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub are out of commission until sometime in spring. This wasn't noted in the description. Otherwise staff was friendly and helpful and was overall a quiet place to call home for the night.

We needed to stay near family and there are not a lot of options nearby, but this was one of them. The price is reasonable for the area, and it was as described. It's an older property and fairly well maintained, but they are also using it as transition housing so if that is a problem for you, you may want to look elsewhere. My sister and I never felt unsafe, and it served our needs. The sheets and towels were clean and there were packaged snacks and some fresh fruit available in the mornings that I saw being restocked daily.

Clean and comfortable bed.

This hotel had great service. However the first room was missing the glass in the bathroom window. We were up graded and given a new room without any trouble. The second room was clean but the cabinets were old and falling apart. The pool was not clean or usable. There was no water in the hottub. If you need a clean bed to sleep in for the night this is a clean place to sleep but I don't recommend as a nice family vacation.

The check-in went smoothly and the night clerk was friendly and efficient. The location is convenient, right off the freeway. The bed was pretty comfy. It wasn’t expensive. These facts account for the 2nd star. Beyond that, this place is blecch. A stale stench greeted us as we walked through the door. The floor was visibly dirty and sticky to the touch. The bathtub didn’t drain right. There was a hole in the wall and the carpet was peeling away in places. The TV sounded like it was about to explode and its picture was faded and grainy. The pool and hot tub are empty behind a cordon of yellow CAUTION tape. While I do stay at some nice places, I don’t have super high standards for rooms. I want a bed, a bathroom, a roof…and I want it to be clean. This it was not. As my son best summed it up, “They didn’t say what KIND of Quality.”

My room was clean and the bed good but at 3:40 in the morning, someone tried to break into my room. The flipper on the door did its job and they could not enter but I think they had a key as the deadbolt was opened. I had closed it before retiring. I hollered for them to leave. Upon getting up, I looked out the window but did not see anyone. Then I realized the window was wide open and the screen was leaning against the wall below the window. I closed the window and barricaded the door with chairs but only got fitful sleep for the rest of the night. I informed the night clerk when I checked out at 6AM and he was surprised to hear it happened, but thought he might know who did it. At breakfast, the coffee machine did not work but they had good bananas! Needless to say, I will not stay here in the future!

The carpet in the room is probably the same age as the hotel. Behind the beds looks like never been cleaned. The bathroom was clean but the toilet was old. No wifi. It is a 2 star hotel. No pool or hot tub water it is empty. Everything is walking distance to stores restaurants gas station & fast food places.
