“My daughter and I have stayed here quite a few times. The proprietress is always so friendly. The beds are comfortable and the room clean. I also like the added bonus of a refrigerator and microwave in the room. ”

“For the price it was what you wpuld expect. The layout reminded me of an old Motel 6. The blackout curtains were open on the end so light so came in. They didn't fold or curve towards the wall. The worst part was the shelf above the hangers. I refused to put anything on it. It was nasty dirty like it hasn't been properly cleaned for over a year. The young lady which checked us in was not pleasant to talk to. I said, "we have a reservation" and she quickly replied, "I know you do." How……

“This is one of the best places that I have ever stayed; the rooms are clean with tons of character. I love the style and the history of the place. There is a yard with a large outdoor kitchen and other fun games and stuff. Great for the kiddos! I'd like to find a reason to go back to the area just so that I can stay at this place again! And the American River is just right down the road (if you don't mind driving a gravel road). Love it and would definitely recommend! ”
