“This place is amazing. The staff was incredible even from before arriving. The breakfast was great too and always on time. This was the perfect stay for our family of 4. Plenty of space, amenities and very clean. The pictures do not do it justice. I would stay here again.”

“Lovely hotel in a great location, right next to the Cité du Vin. The gym and pool were excellent, and the top-floor restaurant was a real highlight, well worth it for the views alone. Getting around is easy: the tram stop is a 7-minute walk and you're in the city centre within 10 minutes, with a handy food court right next door for casual evenings. A great stay all round, we'd happily return.”

“What a gem of a property not far from any of the sights and activities in Bordeaux! From the time we arrived until we checked out the staff was very helpful giving us suggestions on places to eat along with how to navigate the city via tram that had a stop right by the hotel. Property had a good morning breakfast. Rooms were clean and a decent size, especially for French standards. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!”

“The room was not clean when I arrived. There were many flies, mosquitoes and ants. I got 5-7 bites on my arm after one night of sleeping there that were suspected bed bugs. The workers at the front desk tried to convince me they were mosquito bites, but did end up moving me to a new room. The dining on site is convenient but the food was often left uncovered meaning flies were often roaming and landing on food. The staff was friendly overall but would probably not stay here again.”

“Arrivée tardive mais très bon accueil de la réceptionniste qui m’a indiqué un abri spécial moto pour la stationner à côté du parking, ça c’est un très bon point. Mais quelques difficultés à partir tôt le matin à 6h00, pas de personnel donc j’avais déposé ma carte à la réception sans retenir le code d’ouverture de la porte et du portail…. Très mauvais oubli, portail fermé, pas moyen d’entrer dans l’hôtel, appel sur l’interphone, sur leur téléphone fixe, sur un portable indiqué à l’entrée… rien,……

“Considering that a lot of people are using the same space, Whoo hostel is really very clean. What I love most is the staff; they are lovely. Overall my stay was great, I had enough privacy and felt welcomed. I suggest that they add something salty in the breakfast, and maybe provide an electric mosquito coil in the room, since on my second day there were a lot of mosquitoes I slept poorly.”
