“This was a welcome retreat for my family of four. Clean, truly cozy, warm home. All modern amenities. The decks to view the river were a highlight. We loved the wood stove heat, though propane was an option. We could quickly contact host with a few questions. It is a solid 30 minute drive from Plains on country roads which was a beautiful drive. We would highly recommend it and we would definitely come back.”

“Traveling cross country so just needed an inexpensive place to sleep and shower that was clean and comfy. An added bonus was the surprise of beautiful colorful fresh eggs!!! We actually cooked them for supper!!! Definitely would stay again. Would like to return when flowers are blooming.”

“We had a fantastic time at the Yurt. Tamara had everything so clean and organized with a special welcome gift. Felt right at home from the time me and my adult sons walked in. She was very a tube in checking in from time to time and making sure we we enjoying our stay. Great experience. Be aware that the Yurt is close to the interstate and railroad tracks. The train horns can be annoying at night, but Tamara provides earplugs and a noise cancelling machine in the bedrooms that help. Would……

“This location was perfect! 5 minutes from the hotsprings, 30 minutes from Thompson Falls and the river is on the property. We had a lovely time soaking up the beauty and the river front.
