Checking in went very smoothly, kitchen basic but complete, we enjoyed the stay in this appartement, espacially the park area outside and the swimming pool

Ich bin insgesamt unzufrieden. Die Wohnung war in keinem guten Zustand. Wir haben am 2. Tag unserer Ansprechpartnerin mehrere Mängel genannt wie etwa kaputtes Licht, Kaffeepulverreste in der Kaffeemaschine, kaputtes Gefrierfach, Gestank aus der Kanalisation in der Toilette etc. Statt die Mängel zu beheben und uns preislich etwas Nachlass zu gewähren, wurde uns nur erklärt, dass es alles nicht ihre Schuld sei. Bis zuletzt haben wir mehrere Nachrichten hin und her geschickt, aber es wurde weder irgendetwas im Stand gesetzt, noch ein Vorschlag gemacht, wie man uns entschädigen könne. Anscheinend gab es auch Kommunikation zwischen der frz. Plattform und der Agentur, aber auch von der Plattform kam bis heute keine adequate Rückmeldung. Und ich bin wirklich keine Mecker-Kundin. Ich schreibe hier zum ersten Mal eine so schlechte Bewertung für eine Unterkunft. Auch die Bilder auf der Website geben keinen realistischen Eindruck. Die Wohnung wirkt wie eine Studentenbude: Geschirr & Besteck zusammengesucht, kein richtiger Ofen (nur so ein Mini-Standofen), alle Möbel sehr gebraucht und die Bude ist extrem hellhörig. Und man muss ziemlich sportlich und beweglich sein: es gibt praktisch keine Treppe in der Wohnung, sondern nur eine steile Leiter. Nachts, beim Klogang, echt riskant. Insgesamt hatten wir TROTZ der Wohnung eine tolle Zeit, weil die Umgebung wunderschön ist. ABER: Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut nicht empfehlen.
