「The property was clean, updated and in a great location. Perfect option to stay with our dog while we were in town and easily walkable to a dog park. 」

「This is our second stay at this property (two different apartments). The location can’t be beat. Yes it’s a little noisy because the old market is a popular area but we expected that. This time, however, most of the noise came from within the building, specifically a gathering on our same floor that went quite late. Also we were disappointed about the lack of a few basics like a toaster and warm blankets!」

「We had an amazing time staying here. It's very nice, cozy, and in a great area. It's really close to downtown and the zoo. 」

「The location was great, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the Orpheum. The loft was cute and nicely decorated but the kitchen, drinkware and other amenities were poor. There were no glass drinkware, including stemware and the wine opener was so cheap it could not pull out a cork. We ended up purchasing glassware and a wine opener. The TV in the living room was not set up to a ROKU account so no news could be watched. The WIFI was sketchy but we were able to get logged in...

「I agree with another stayer that beds were not very comfortable. There was no contact with management. Location was very nice. Wish there was windows. Would stay there again. 」

「kitchen did was not properly stocked with utensils and items needed to cook food. Not everyone wants to east out three meals a day. No toaster. An entire outlet in the kitchen was not working. One of the couch legs had an issue. One of the pegs for towels in the master bathroom was falling out of the wall. The toilet seat in the other bathroom was getting loose. If normal cleaning supplies are not provided, at least provide some type of vending machine with good products to use for laundry and...

「The location and neighborhood are old and the area isn’t attractive, but it’s probably the safest in downtown due to its proximity to the large count justice complex across the street. The owners/hosts are in the middle of some major renovations to make the apartments fresh and updated (and they’re lovely). The outside needs a facelift & the parking lot needs tidying, but I have no doubt this will all be done by next year when we come to the CWS next year.」

「Huge section of front right exterior part of the building missing. Cracks in building's front columns. Interior hallway floor is bare plywood...missing flooring that goes over this. Inside the rented unit...the flooring next to bathroom and bedroom is missing underneath supporting material so it sags in two spots, sags deeper in one spot vs the other spot...not safe for people to walk on nor to stand in place over. Living room sofa had dried spilled cereal that it appears someone had eaten left...
