「The Hotel is spotlessly clean with every area inside and out cleaned by armies of cleaners/sweepers and gardeners every day. The hotel was recently refurbished in 2021 and so is very modern and fresh. The location is very central in Americas and so within a 10 minute walk you can reach all shops, restaurants, bars and the beaches. The hotel is geared for families with children with slides and a mini water park in the pool area and plenty of activities for them throughout the day. UP! is...

「So good location, quiet, clean. Nice and friendly staff on the reception.」

「The apartment was much better than i thought for a 2*, it was clearly 3*+ The place was spacious and clean, the pool was great and the ambiance relaxing. The check in process was long though and only one staff member one the sink a little blocked. But overall a comfortable 4* experience for the stay.」

「Great location in playa de Las Americas close to the beach and shops. Gated access to unit. Great communication by host. Very spacious 3 bed, 2 bath unit with plenty of room. Would stay again! Highly recommend. 」
