La Oliva Playa del Chinchorro Hotels

"I loved staying here, yes it's dated inside the rooms as the pictures clearly show before booking, but the hotel is located in the most beautiful area. I had the most relaxing holiday, strolling through the sand dunes and sunbathing by the pool. The hotel has 2 great swimming pools, the gym is good and food was good, my room was clean and very spacious. The staff are all lovely, I will definitely return if I get the opportunity. "

"This is a lovely Villa with a very nice private pool area , the Villa has nice high vaulted ceilings and has a very nice lounge and kitchen areas . The beds are comfortable and the bathroom and shower are also very nice . There is not much more I can say . Excellent Olga the host is very good , communication was excellent and also she kept in touch during our stay , making sure that everything was ok . Thank you Olga . We highly recommend , and would stay at Wonderful villa again."

"Prior communication with Tony, the host was excellent. He lives next door and was there to greet us. The property was as described, spotless, and with little touches to make it homely. A large, comfortable bed and plenty of storage space were in the bedroom, from there we went through to the open plan dining area, lounge and kitchen. The lounge was very comfortable, and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and had plenty of storage space, including a large fridge/freezer. The bathroom was, again, spacious and well equipped and spotless. Through the back door of the kitchen, 3 steps lead down to the patio with table and chairs, and round to the left is an area which includes the pool and loungers. We were unlucky in having some had weather, and Tony and his wife offered the use of their own tumble dryer if we needed it. They checked regularly that we had everything we needed, and visited, with prior agreement, to change the bedding and towels, and clean the pool. They were happy to chat about their experiences of the island, and especially the little town and surrounding area. There were walking routes from the property, taking in the local mountains. We would be happy to recommend this property to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in Villaverde."

"The owners are very welcoming and helpful.They let us check in early and as we were unlucky with the weather they gave us a fan heater for the chilly evenings.They left wine , biscuits and fruit for us and more drinks in the fridge and any query was answered promptly.The villa is very comfortable and spotlessly clean andwe would love to come back . Can only recommend"

"Very good communication. Facilities exactly as described. Local manager very helpful. Property clean and well presented. Location instructions were out of date as they mentioned turning immediately after a restaurant (*which is no longer there). Having comfortable seating outside on the patio would make what is a great villa into a truly excellent one. We had a really good holiday. Thank you"
