"First of all the reception staff and in particular the gentleman who booked us in were excellent. Nothing was too much of a problem for them. Friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. The hotel is beautiful and overlooks the nicest square in Esteponna. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice and served in or outside the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel and cannot wait to return."

"Beautiful ocean front house which was tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Quiet setting on the ocean with beautiful views. Sandrine was immediately available and quickly responded to any questions.We enjoyed our stay very much. Great spot for walkers and runners and swimmers."

Tevens zeer behulpzame medewerkers bij VRBO. Al met al prima en aanbevelenswaardige service. Alles is zoals in de advertentie aangegeven!"

"The apartment is perfectly situated right on the beachfront overlooking the pedestrianised promenade affording superb beach and sea views. Equidistant between the port and the old town, everything was in easy reach including supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants - all within a 10/15 minute amble away. The apartment is spacious and well-proportioned was very well equipped. The TV hosted all UK tv channels and well as all major streaming channels and the wifi worked perfectly. The host was friendly and very communicative and easy to contact. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped with plenty of towels. Estepona is a beautiful town, bedecked with flowers and retaining traditional Spanish architecture and atmosphere. The apartment offers and perfect location to fully explore Estepona as well as the immediate locality. We found the locals very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We thoroughly recommend this apartment and Estepona for a relaxing holiday."

"We spent a lot of money for what VRBO advertised as a luxury condo. The photos were way out of date and showed a not too bad looking condo. Being there was another story. Mould round bath tub, round base of toilet and bidet. Kitchen cupboards and draws with broken edging or missing and peeling off.We had to buy cutlery because they were rusty and looked to have old food particles stuck to them. plaster falling off walls, hall light fixture hanging down loose, broken and badly damaged closet doors, general cleanliness was disgusting. Light switches, door handles, A.C. Remote controls were filthy, dining table falling apart, dining chairs all damaged with the plastic either missing or peeling. walls were dirty, Broken bed, furniture old and very uncomfortable. We told the agent we were not happy and asked for other accommodations, she was not forthcoming so we found somewhere else to Stay the best part of a month. We put in a complaint with Novasol the booking agency, even with photos they said tough luck we were not getting any money back. We have lots of photos for anyone to see and to show this condo is not what it's advertised as. V.R.B.O. You caused us to lose, what is for us a lot of money being on a fixed income by advertising this property as luxury accommodation. I doubt very much you will post this review, so we will post on other sites with photos if you do not post this.This in our opinion this is false advertising of this property and you should be ashamed."

"Wonderful big apartment, amazing balcony with full sun 10am-5pm. Loved the different seating arrangement. Doesn’t feel over looked and lovely view of marina. Main bedroom with en-suite is accessed through the apartment(separate to full facilities)and out on balcony. Great for us with old teens, not so much for younger families. Excellent complex(return visitors to here)and safe area within easy access to everything. Gym and padel courts only 5mins walk. No oven to cook but useful air fryer. Take your own beach towels. Underground parking but very easy to get free space on road. We’ll be back. Thank you. "
