「The concierge was a most gracious host. He went out of his way make us welcome. It was a welcome relief that he spoke perfect english.」

「The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They took care of our laundry and stored our luggage while we were out on a tour. Cesar went above and beyond to arrange for our breakfast and ride very early in the morning. Recommend this place.」

「This is one of the best spot to stay in Cusco. Closer to train station, pharmacy, groceries and accessible to transporation to roam around tourist places. The host is very responsive. There's some noise of constructions outside but so far the insulation of the hotel is good. Highly recommended 」

「The host is exceptionally kind and accommodating. After our flight was delayed and we arrived quite late, we were warmly welcomed and even helped upstairs with our bags. She also kindly offered to make us tea. Breakfast is delivered to your room each morning at whatever time you prefer, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The WiFi works very well. The host went above and beyond during our stay; she helped us locate a hospital for vaccinations and even called ahead to confirm they had what...

「We had an excellent stay here. The hotel felt very safe with staff at the entrance 24/7. We were able to leave our bags for 5 days while doing a trek as well. It was quite quiet as well during the night. Breakfast was also great with eggs at every breakfast. They also have 24/7 tea in the lobby which was great for late arrivals or coca tea during the day.」

「We booked this place because it could accommodate three to a room and it is literally above the Inca Rail station. The reviews were also very good. Unfortunately for us we were in the rooms that are right off the street and we couldn’t sleep due to the road noise. We asked to be changed but they didn’t have any availability. I wouldn’t stay here again. For the price you don’t get the amenities that other hotels provide. 」

「Em todas as noites a roupa de cama era reposta para apenas uma pessoa, sendo que se tratava de acomodação dupla, gerando a necessidade de pedirmos toalha adicional na recepção. Não houve disponibilização de panos de chão ou toalhas de rosto, gerando inconveniências. O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, com pouquíssima variedade, não justificando o custo adicional na hospedagem. 」

「We were arranged to room near traffic road. It was a bit noisy. We struggled between natural ventilation (since no air conditioning in hotel) and noise isolation. Opening window, too noisy. Close window, stagnant air.」
