Magnifique vue sur la mer

positif:- la vue splendide- la belle terrasse avec vue sur la plage- acces immediat a la plage- appartement moderne immeuble recent bien insonorise- confort- conciergerie sur place - restaurants et commerces accessibles a piednegatif ou a ameliorer :- cher , tres cher - 1seul WC , 1seule salle de bains pour une capacite de 6/8 personnes.........- literie un peu ferme- frigo et ventilation bruyants- menage payant 100 euros- linge de maison en supplement

Tout était parfait

L'accueil était chaleureux et professionnel, l'appartement parfaitement agencé, avec une vue fabuleuse. Point important : la literie est récente et au top (ce qui est rare!). Bref un très bon séjour dans des conditions optimales.

Schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick

Schöne helle und ansprechende Wohnung - ideal für Familienurlaub am Strand (bei Ebbe :-)). Highlight der Wohnung ist der Balkon mit tollem Meerblick. Die Ausstattung haben wir als einfach empfunden. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur läuft ausschließlich über Übersetzungsprogramme, die Dame sprach leider kein einziges Wort Englisch.

Sehr schön, Kopfkissen sehr hart, Kuechenausstattung wäre mit Töpfen ideal. Bettwäsche u Handtuch kosten extra.

Très agréable séjour dans cet appartement calme et reposant avec vue sur mer imparable !

Un séjour parfait dans un appartement calme et spacieux avec vue sur mer ! Décoration sobre et élégante, espace parfaitement agencé, une cuisine avec un équipement fonctionnel. Propreté impeccable. Que dire de la petite terrasse ? Un vrai plus qui permet de profiter un pied dehors de la baie de Pléneuf-Val-André, un écrin préservé. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir séjournés dans cette résidence de standing où les habitants sont discrets et très accueillants. Ascenseur, place de parking et accès PMR à la plage très pratique à 150 m. Nous avons fortement apprécié le sens du service et de l'accueil de notre hôte Aurélie qui a su par sa gentillesse nous guider et s'est rendue disponible pour chaque demande de la réservation sur le site Hoomy au check out. Nous reviendrons !

Appartement vue mer au pied de la plage

Très bel appartement, les pieds dans l'eau, avec une terrasse avec vue panoramique sur la mer, le rêve... L'appartement est très fonctionnel avec tous les équipements nécessaires (sauf la connexion Internet) et est à deux pas du centre ville, des commerces et des restaurants. Tout peut se faire à pied. Mention spéciale à Hommy qui assure la conciergerie, l'appartement était d'une propreté irréprochable et l'accueil et le départ très efficace et plaisant.

L'appartement et son emplacement a fait l'unanimité ! De 13 ans à 82 ans, en passant par l'âge intermédiaire, tout le monde a été unanime : génial ! Pas envie de partir du tout... la vue est juste fantastique et l'appartement douillet, l'accueil très agréable et d'une grande gentillesse.

Bonjour C la 1ère fois que je loue un appartement aussi beau, propre,fonctionnel, rien à dire, bien équipé, la déco au goût du jour Il y a des placards ds ttes les chambres très appréciable , lits de 160, literie impeccable Je recommande sans problème , le balcon est spacieux Marie Noëlle et David très gentil et disponible .
