「Room was spotless, high quality appliances. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the driver who takes you to and from the slopes. Only thing I would change is having a jacuzzi as the outdoor pool isn’t very warm. Other than that amazing. 」

「Room was clean and it was quiet. Breakfast was good but would have enjoyed an egg. I dont eat pork or beef. Everyone there was friendly and helpul. The bar was nice and I enjoyed having a cocktail. Prices are very reasonable in the bar. Deanna is very helpful. The only downside is that i found the mattress to be hard for my preference. 」

「環境很棒，從陽台就可以看到城堡和山的美景。房間很大，床也舒適，佈置及陳設也很用心。不過就是灰塵多了點... 浴室的暖氣設備壞掉，水量偏小，洗完澡會覺得冷... 早餐豐盛，不過幾乎沒有什麼變化。蘋果汁及鹹派一定要試試。晚餐需自費及預約，都很道地，價格和週邊的餐廳相對實惠！離公車站步行約5-7分鐘，去Courmyeure很方便。」

「Séjour absolument parfait, la maîtresse de maison est très accueillante, elle parle très bien français. Tout est très propre, la maison est dans un état irréprochable. La vue est fantastique, aussi bien depuis la véranda de la chambre que depuis la salle a manger. Et le petit déjeuner est divin, beaucoup de produits frais et sains cuisinés maison. Nous y reviendrons a coup sûr !」

「Man skal først gøre sig en ting helt klart ved dette hotel: Det ligger FOR ENDEN af en vej, der fører op i den sydlige del af alperne. Så man skal køre ned af bjerget i ca. 20-30 minutter for at komme til første by med indkøbsmuligheder, ligesom der omkring hotellet er to restauranter og meget lidt internet. Men hvis man kan lide denne isolation i fantastisk natur, så er det perfekt. Omkring hotellet er der masser af forskellige vandreruter. Hotellet ligger lige på kanten af en meget stor...

「I’ve stayed here twice and not disappointed! It is exceptional in every way, particularly the staff.. friendly efficient and welcoming despite being such a large property! Great shuttle service and the spa is extraordinary! Breakfast is busy but so well organised and staffed! Coffee made fresh constantly and delivered to your table. Everyone is smiling when greeting you and eager to help. A special mention to the ever present and friendly Guiseppe at the front door! What a welcome every day ! 」

「Abbiamo prenotato 2 notti in questa struttura nota prevalentemente per la ristorazione. Al netto di un arredo un po' antiquato, grazie allo staff e alla posizione merita e lo consigliamo! Il sabato sera abbiamo anche cenato, tutto molto buono. Nei dintorni partono vari sentieri per belle passeggiate. 」

「That night me and my wife check-in very late like midnight, but the hoster still very nice. The room is clean and the view is awesome, can see the ice mountain. And when we leave they even give us a small gift :D we love this family hotel, it is worth to live there」
