  • Charming detached house just 100 meters from the beach and the Customs Officers’ Trail (GR34). It’s perfect for lovers of hiking, water sports (there’s a kitesurfing spot right across the way!), the beach, shellfishing (scallops, cockles…), and trail running. Paragliding introductory flights are available nearby.<br><br>Located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. All shops and a bus stop (for Saint-Brieuc and its train station) are 200 meters away. <br><br>Private enclosed garden of 400 m², south-facing terrace, and a basement with exterior access for storing bikes, paddleboards, etc.<br><br>******IMPORTANT*******<br><br>PERFECT FOR A COUPLE or a couple with 1 child and 1 baby. Sleeps up to 5 (comfortably), BUT please note that the house isn’t very large!<br><br>First floor: fully equipped kitchen, living room with a double sofa bed, bathroom, and separate toilet.<br><br>Upstairs: bedroom with a magnificent sea view, under a sloped ceiling (watch your head ;-) with a 160-200. bed. A loft with a 90 bed and a travel crib with a mattress for a baby.<br><br>Internet: fiber optic. <br><br>Ideal for exploring Brittany, the house is located 45 minutes from the wonderful island of Bréhat, less than 1 hour from Perros-Guirec and its Pink Granite Coast, 1 hour 10 minutes from Saint-Malo, and 1 hour 30 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel...<br><br>The TGV station in Saint-Brieuc is nearby and easily accessible by bus (direct line) or taxi (2 hours and 15 minutes from Paris).

Nous avons passées une semaine très agreable dans la petite belle maison. On peut regarder la mer tout le temp. Wir waren zu dritt und haben unseren Urlaub in diesem gemütlichen Haus sehr genossen.Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und alles ist in einem guten Zustand.In den Betten haben wir fantastisch geschlafen.Die Nähe zum Strand ist toll, man kann sonnenbaden, schwimmen oder ausgiebige Spaziergänge machen, je nach Tide.Der Standort eignet sich bestens als Basis für Fahrradtouren (E-Bike wird empfohlen) oder Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto (zB Côte de Granit Rose).Absolut empfehlenswert!

Petite maison confortable, bien équipée et idéale pour trouver le calme avec la plage à deux pas. Le jardin abrité du vent permet de profiter du soleil ou de l'ombre à tout moment de la journée. J'ai été très bien accueillie par Rose-Marie. Adresse à retenir.

Perfektes Häuschen in Meernähe

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen; gut ausgestatten und wohnlich eingerichteten Haus und dem Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und dennoch sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fußentfernung vorhanden. Auch zum Strand dauert es zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten. Die freundlichen Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan. Alles perfekt!

Un super séjour

Un petit cocon à deux pas de la mer. La maison est charmante, nous nous y sommes sentis immédiatement très bien. Elle est parfaitement équipée et très confortable, nous n'avons manqué de rien. La vue est magnifique et nous avons profité du levé du soleil sur la mer tous les jours. Le contact avec les propriétaires a été très sympathique. L'emplacement a été idéal pour nous et nous avons pu rayonner vers de nombreux sites. Bref, une très belle adresse à retenir.

sehr preisgünstiges Haus mit allen notwendigen Zubehör, Waschmaschine,Geschirrspüler, Induktionsherd und Mikrowelle. Die Möbel sind weitgehend vom Sperrmüll. Der Schlafraum im Dachgeschoss hat nur in der Raummitte Stehhöhe,die Treppe ist für kleine Kinder und Gehbehinderte sehr steil und gefährlich.

Une belle immersion bretonne !

Amoureux de la Bretagne, il nous restait à découvrir le linéaire de côte depuis Bréhat jusqu'à Fréhel. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour, la maison de Caroline et Johan est idéalement située au sein de la Baie de Saint Brieuc. Tout est conforme à la description. Le soin apporté à l'accueil, nous a permis de nous sentir très vite comme chez nous. Un petit sentier en bout de l'impasse permet de rejoindre la plage. Nous avons pu facilement mettre à l'eau notre kayak, en tenant compte de la marée car l'eau se retire loin. En toute proximité du GR34, la pointe du Roselier n'est quelques pas. Nous avons profité de la réserve naturelle pour observer de nombreuses espèces d'oiseaux, parmi lesquels Courlis, Spatules, Balbuzard pêcheur... Nous avons pu profiter de l'arrière pays sur Lantic, avec des chemins VTT bien balisés et pour tous niveaux. Nous avons fait de belles découvertes grâce aux animations organisées par les communes proches (alques, flores du litoral). Un séjour charmant et revigorant qui invite à revenir.... Merci à nos hôtes pour ce moment.
