Between Dinard and Dinan, small country house entirely on one level

In a green and wooded rent independent house on one level of 87 m2. It has been completely renovated and is on our property. Composed of a kitchen, a large living room, 2 bedrooms with a bathroom (walk-in shower) and a separate toilet. A corridor serves the different rooms. It can accommodate 4 to 5 people. Well exposed, the kitchen and the living room benefit from excellent sunshine all day long.
The house is about 500 m from the village of Pleslin on the axis Dinan Dinard, at the entrance of our park which you can enjoy. In the town center of Pleslin are local shops.
This place is an excellent starting point to enjoy the beaches (Dinard 10km, St Malo 20km ...) or to visit the surroundings: the Rance Valley or the beautiful medieval town of Dinan (10 km).
Many paths pass near the house and allow you to join the greenway linking Dinan to Dinard.
4 km from the house is the golf Trémereuc.
Thalassotherapy in Dinard (Novotel) and St Malo (the Thermes).
You will also be able to organize a day trip to Mont St Michel (50 km approx.) Or to Cap Fréhel.
From Dinard or St Malo, trips to the sea are proposed, including days in Jersey or the Chausey Islands.
Documents will be at your disposal in the house to help you organize your stay. Residing on the property we will be happy to bring you some suggestions if you wish.

Very enjoyable and relaxing stay

The hosts are very accomodating and friendly. The house is well equipped with everything one could possibly need when being on vacation. We especially enjoyed the table tennis table and the seats in front of the house. We followed all of Armelles suggestions for excursions to Dinard, St. Malo and a restaurant nearby and spent a very relaxing week in this lovely holiday home. A very good bakery is in a walking distance. We can highly recommend the house to everyone!

Petite maison indépendante à côté des propriétaires adorables et hyper serviables surtout quand on n’a pas la maîtrise du poêle à granulés! Lingé de maison fournis et lits faits à notre arrivée, du bonheur! Du rangement, du linge de maison supplémentaire à disposition, la cuisine très bien équipée. Le seul petit bémol c’est l’éclairage, lis n’avons malheureusement pas eu grand soleil et La lumière dans la cuisine est vraiment insuffisante et manquerait aussi un lampadaire dans le salon. Sinon mini baby-foot et petite table de ping pong à dispo dans l’annexe, super pour nos ados! Bref un séjour fort fort agréable avec des hôtes aux petits soins! L’éclairage ne reste que du détail!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft ist ganz auf die Bedürfnisse von Feriengästen ausgerichtet, d.h. es ist alles da was man braucht mit Garten bei schönem Wetter und Tischtennisplatte und Tischkicker wenn es regnet. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr unkompliziert und der Preis ist hervorragend. Die Umgebung ist sehr vielseitig. Schöne Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in gut erreichbarar Nähe. Sehr empfehlenswert

Mooie woning, maar donker.

Mooi huis. Donker. Het huis was bedompt toen wij arriveerden. Een pelletkachel, die heel veel lawaai maakte, kon daar niets aan veranderen. Er was geen Wifi en ook internet was zeer gebrekkig. Schone kamers, schoon beddegoed, perfecte bedden. Leuke gastvrouw.

Nous avons passé de belle vacance dans un cadre agréable. Dommage de ne pas avoir de wifi. Le lieu est plus ou moins adapté pour une personne en situation de handicap. L'accès a la salle de bain reste tout de même difficile à acceder pour une persone ne pouvant se lever et en fauteuil. Les propriétaires son attentif a nos besoins et demandes. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

En Bretagne pour un weekend festif, nous avions choisi cette location pour sa localisation. La propriétaire est très agréable, petit plus pour les enfants accès à l'atelier avec babyfoot et ping-pong. Lits confortables et fait à notre arrivée, serviettes de bain à disposition, calme et repos assurés.

Très bien situé pour visiter la région dans un cadre très calme et bien entrenu. Super accueil et toujours présent en cas de besoin et en respectant notre intimité.
