Kersouri - grande maison, proche plages
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 130 m² house for rent in Plestin-les-Grèves, one kilometer from the beaches, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 70 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 1,000 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Basement:
- A 100 m² space equipped for laundry.
First floor:
- A 70 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area, plus a games and reading area. Books and board games (scrabble, cards, triomino...) are available.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, electric chopper, electric whisk, electric citrus squeezer... A Senseo pod coffee maker and a filter coffee maker are also available.
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: One double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: Double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: Double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, umbrella.
Exterior:
- A 40 m² south-east-facing terrace with outdoor furniture (parasol, barbecue, low chairs).
- A lovely 1,000 m² enclosed garden, flat, quiet and secure, with lockable gates for children to play in peace and quiet.
The house is ideally located in Plestin-les-Grèves (between the islands of Bréhat and Batz), in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities:
- Stroll along the Lieue de Grève, a large sandy beach ideal for walking, relaxing or windsurfing.
- Visit Roscoff and Batz Island, an enchanting Breton duo combining harbor charm, marine heritage and wild outdoor escapades, a 45-minute drive away.
- Hiking on the Sentier des Douaniers (GR34), offering superb views of the sea, the cliffs and the Pink Granite coastline.
- Water sports on the Douron, a natural estuary between river and sea
- Visit the 7 islands from Perros-Guirec and the charming “côte de Granit Rose”.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park all types of vehicle directly in front of the house and downhill from the garage.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Plouaret/Morlaix station, 15/25 min drive
- Nearest airport: Brest-Bretagne airport, 50 min drive
