To welcome you and respond to your requests, a new concierge service has been in place since February 2022.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- An entrance hall.
- A beautiful, bright living room with a seating area featuring sofas, including a double sofa bed, armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, and a dining area with a table that can seat up to 12 guests.
- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1: with a king-size bed and access to the mezzanine with two single beds (90x200 cm), a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom.
- Separate toilet.
On the half-level:
Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom and toilet.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds that can be pushed together to create a king-size bed and a wardrobe.
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds that can be pushed together to create a king-size bed and a wardrobe.
- A bathroom with a shower and a sink.
- Separate toilet.
Outside:
- A large, south-facing garden with trees, covering 1,500 m² with no neighbors opposite, ensuring optimal sunshine.
- A 50 m² south-facing wooden terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue for enjoying al fresco dining!
- An indoor jacuzzi, accessible all year round, is available in an annex building. It is equipped with a cover to ensure a pleasant temperature.

It is possible to rent the Kermaudez house for 6 people, located right next door, with a separate garden.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use. A deposit may be retained if necessary.
- The outdoor parking lot is reserved for the cottage and can accommodate 2 vehicles free of charge.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €25/stay (only one pet allowed). Please specify this when booking.
- Parents are fully responsible for their children when swimming.
