Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: Beautiful living room with, dining room, fitted/equipped kitchen and lounge areas with large screen TV and an Xbox series X including 4 controllers... it's up to you to play! and 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed and private bathroom (shower and toilet), 1 separate toilet with hand basin, laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with 2 90x200 beds, 1 160x200 bed with TV, 1 180x200 bed with TV, bathroom with bathtub and shower screen, separate toilet. Land of 2500 m² (under development) with parking for 3 cars in the property and a green space currently landscaped with lawn and palm trees, the terrace overlooking a beautiful swimming pool heated to 28°, covered 8.30 x 4 m / 1.40 m depth open from April to October. Welcome to this spacious and ideally located holiday home: children and adults alike will appreciate the beautiful private swimming pool and the large spaces, part of which is being developed. This independent modern house, located in the heart of the wild peninsula 800 m from the beach of Pors Rand is the ideal place to spend a good holiday. 500 m from the Sillon du Talbert, a geological curiosity, a spectacular natural exception that gives you an appointment to walk along the water and preserved flora. Unmissable visits to do: Ile de Bréhat 20 km away, an island, also called the island of flowers, which is only passable on foot or by bike, a real disconnection with the mainland, Tréguier city of art and history, the Gouffre de Plougrescant. Be curious by nature! Take advantage of the many visits and events to discover all the riches of this beautiful region.
