"I forgot the receipt to go to the restaurant, and they refused me to come for breakfast. I paid and I told them my room number and showed them my hotel key. Still refused. Finally found out that the receipt was left in the receptionist (I forgot to take it due to I was too tired). So humiliating. The hotel itself and the receptionist was very helpful. The hotel is safe (has a gate) and clean."
