  • Discover this charming single-storey furnished house located in Plouguerneau, in northern Finistère, in the heart of the countryside, in a calm and restful setting. With a surface area of 50 m², it is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 2 travellers. Enjoy its small enclosed garden and its south-facing terrace, with barbecue, ideal for your summer meals. The perfect place to recharge, just 7 km from the beaches and 5 km from the town centre.



    Pass through the front door and discover a lovely living space of 30m2, giving access to the garden. The open kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, induction hobs), provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will also find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker. Share your meals around the dining table, then enjoy a moment of relaxation in the lounge, near the fireplace, comfortably settled on the sofa facing the television.



    The room has a double bed (140x190cm), a wardrobe and access to the **bathroom with shower and hairdryer**.



    A separate toilet completes the accommodation.
