「The rooms were clean and well designed. The shower was really excellent and the bathrooms were also very nice. Kitchen area was good. Our sofa bed was broken so we were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice although it was a hassle to move all of our stuff. Unfortunately the microwave oven didn't work in our new room and our email request for help went unanswered. 「Pros: Safe neighborhood, off street parking, great view and deck, good price for 2 bedroom/2 bath, very responsive host. Cons: Lots of cosmetic blemishes, furnishings felt like they were salvage pieces, 2 uncomfortable couches, old mattresses, rusted washer/dryer unit, blinds didn't close fully, guest bathroom faucet dripped constantly, presence of cobwebs and daddy longlegs spiders (5) in master bedroom.
