Beautiful Barn Conversion Near Plymouth and Dartmoor

Barnfield "Molly's Haven" is a beautiful barn conversion set within the Devon countryside; spacious, and perfect for families and friends to stay and enjoy this lovely part of the country.

Only a short drive from the A38 means easy access to Plymouth with the Lido, Plymouth Hoe and the Mayflower Steps, the Theatre Royal and the National Marine Aquarium. Travel to the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, the Dartmoor National Park and beyond. The Eden project provides a fantastic family day out. Barnfield is close to the many wedding venues nearby, including Boringdon Hall and the Gaia Spa (Please contact us if you are getting married in the area)

Finished to a high standard, Barnfield is one of 3 properties on site (the owners live in the farmhouse). On walking up the gravel path through the front door into the hallway, off which there is a lounge, snug, utility room, WC, shower and stairs.

The lounge has a smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The snug also has a smart TV and is an ideal space for working or playing games.

The large, well-equipped kitchen is accessed via 3 steps, with a range cooker, combination microwave, dishwasher, large fridge (with small freezer above) large table and patio doors opening onto the patio, where there is a fire pit with BBQ grill.

Upstairs is light and airy. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and en-suite shower room, Bedroom 2 has a double bed, and Bedroom 3 has twin beds.

There is plenty of car parking and fast fibre broadband. We have a travel cot (please bring own bedding) and high chair, please request on booking.

Maximum occupancy 6, plus 1 infant in the travel cot provided.

The site is in a rural area, and next to Dartmoor Zoo, so you can expect to hear the odd tractor, animals, or maybe the roar of a lion! For this reason we are sorry but we cannot allow pets.

Walk down the track in to the village of Sparkwell, visit the Treby Arms (recently reopened) or have a drink or meal at Welbeck Manor. Maybe play a round of golf at nearby Elfordleigh or Boringdon golf clubs.
